Payment and delivery


Payment methods:

  • Online payment via internet banking or payment cards

    • We will prepare and deliver your order immediately once we receive payment in our bank account.

  • Payment by bank transfer

  • Payment in store

Delivery methods:

  • Delivery by Venipak courier

    • In Riga - €4.51 with VAT (€3.73 without VAT) per delivery address. If the order amount is more than €50.00 with VAT (€41.32 without VAT), then delivery is free.
    • Within Latvia - €6.26 with VAT (€5.17 without VAT) per delivery address. If the order amount is more than €100.00 with VAT (€82.64 without VAT), then delivery is free.

  • Delivery to Omniva parcel machines

    • Within Latvia - €4.20 with VAT (€3.47 without VAT). If the order amount is more than €50.00 with VAT (€41.32 without VAT), then delivery is free.
    • In Lithuania and Estonia - €7.20 with VAT (€5.95 without VAT).

  • Delivery to DPD Pickup points

    • Within Latvia - €3.39 with VAT (€2.80 without VAT). If the order amount is more than €50.00 with VAT (€41.32 without VAT), then delivery is free.
    • In Lithuania and Estonia - €5.69 with VAT (€4.70 without VAT).

Orders will be delivered by courier within 48 hours of placing the order and receiving payment on working days from 9:00 to 18:00. The recipient will be sent an SMS message to the specified contact phone number about the planned arrival time of the courier. The goods are delivered directly to the buyer, ensuring maximum contactless receipt.

Orders to parcel machines and Pickup points will be delivered within 48 hours of placing the order and receiving payment. The recipient will receive an SMS message to the contact phone number provided that the shipment is available, as well as a code to open the parcel machine.
