Nowadays, the coffee producer is not the one who grew and harvested it, but the one who roasted and packaged it.
SIA ATAR has operated as a limited liability company since 2006. We source green beans from a supplier with more than 100 years of coffee experience and membership in the European Association Speciality Coffee (SCAE). Roasting is one of the most important stages, and for ATAR coffee it is done by hand with strict control, using only high-quality beans. This ensures our coffee’s rich, delightful taste.
